The goals of Guernsey Industries include:

2. Individuals are encouraged to explore community opportunities, develop interests, and make choices regarding their life.

3. People with disabilities will promote their abilities and accomplishments. PEOPLE FIRST - DISABILITIES SECOND will be developed through the use of people first language.
